Changes due to Coronavirus
As with most businesses the Coronavirus has forced a lot of changes and headaches in operating a business. Trying to keep everyone safe and employed has been our top priority. We are also trying our best to serve our customers as effectively as possible while still following our Governor’s orders. We are a family business which makes thing both easier and more challenging at this time. Like most families at this time we are trying to serve our customers and care for our families all without the support of traditional child care.
Our office staff is working from home, this makes reaching us by phone slower than usual. The fastest way to get customer service by e-Mailing, either through the contact form or by sending a e-mail direct to info@twinkleglitter.com. If you do chose to call we mostly likely will not be able to answer the phone so please leave us a detailed message making sure to include your phone number and we will give you a call back with in 1 business day. When we call you back you may hear a baby in the back ground or if you see a typo in an email it probably because we are responding via our phone with a toddler pulling at our leg. We are all trying our best and appreciate your understanding.
We also have limited staff for production and shipping this mean we are only shipping on weekdays. We have a cut off time for 1 pm pacific time to get orders processed with UPS each day. If you need items by a specific date please include that in the Notes section when you place your order or let us know by e-mail. We will try our best to get the items to you on time and will let you know if due to shipping time if we can not. We can not rush ship some of our item so when needed we can cancel part or all of your order if the items have not shipped yet and will not make it to you in time. We look at estimated arrival dates when processing shipping labels and will contact you if they are close to your needed date. The shipping estimates have been less accurate with the pressure the pandemic has put on shipping companies.
